To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is due at the time of reservation. The remaining balance can be settled up to 48 hours before your scheduled drop-off.

We appreciate that circumstances can change. As a small business, we may need to turn away other customers due to your booking; therefore, cancellations made 14 days or more before check-in will receive a full deposit refund, while cancellations made with less than 14 days’ notice are non-refundable.

Certain times of the year may incur an additional charge due to personal circumstances and high demand. If your chosen dates fall within these periods, this will be outlined in your initial quote. These bookings are also subject to specific deposit and cancellation policies to ensure fairness during peak periods.

A welcome pack will be sent upon receipt of your deposit and must be completed and returned within 2 weeks. We understand life can get busy, but timely submission is essential to ensure everything is ready for your dog’s stay. Late submissions incur a £15 fee. All paperwork must be returned and reviewed before your dog’s stay to comply with licensing requirements. Failure to do so will result in booking cancellation and loss of deposit.
